 Special Meeting - Budget Workshop
Thursday, April 3, 2025

PRESENT:
Kathleen Capelli, Frank Brady, Heather Crocker, Carol Daggs, Terence Diggory, Jean Fei, Issac (Ike) Pulver, Jennifer Ferriss, Tonya Faiola, Catherine Brenner

ABSENT:
Nancy Luther

Meeting Called to Order at 5:00 PM

  1. Preliminary FY2025-26 Budget Proposal (Exhibit I) – Action Requested

Katie moved to approve a proposed budget totaling $6,669,350, including a 5% salary increase, based on income including a 1.5% increase in tax rate. Frank seconded. Motion approved

  1. Katie moved to increase salary levels for two building maintenance workers, Jessica Rogers and Robert Peck, bringing both to the annual level of $40,304. Heather seconded. Motion approved

  1. Katie moved 2.5% increase for the starting hourly rate for new hires, effective July 1. Carol seconded. Motion approved.
